Cat Lipstick From The Forbidden City?!

If you’ve seen my reel of the stunning lipstick from The Forbidden City (aka cat lipstick) on Instagram, then you’d be happy to this is one! The first one I love it so much, but unfortunately it was sold out, well lucky me, I recently got my second “Cat lipstick”. It’s just as beautiful as I expected.

The Palace Museum known as The Forbidden City. This isn’t my first time trying their products, and I don’t think it’s available in other countries but only in China. The Palace Museum Online Store is a creative store features cultural products. The store sells a good variety of stuff; cosmetics, crafts, literary and artistic products etc. As a makeup junkie, of course I have to try their makeup first!

I was attracted by its packaging without a doubt. It looks like a Christmas ornament well it makes sense; I got my first one around last Christmas time and it was gifted by a good friend of mine. The cat wears a hood on the lipstick tap is just too adorable!!! Not to mention how stunning the lipstick actually is, it features the architectures in The Forbidden City with snowflakes. You can image how hard it was for me to start to use it, I didn’t want to ruin how perfect the lipstick it is. Which is kinda ironic, I broke the tip completely by applying it too hard. Honestly, I shouldn’t apply it that way, it’s such a creamy lipstick goes on smoothly and very pigmented one as well. Not until I got this one, I noticed the cat's eyes are in different color when the lipstick is in different shade, which is sweet and unique.

As a blogger and a makeup lover, I am just so thankful I get to try different products from different countries. I always have fun finding new makeup, although I do wish these great makeups can be purchased much easier. What do you think about this lipstick? Have you ever tried makeups from different countries?
