Milk Makeup Jelly Tint Blush: A Juicy Pop of Color.

I’ve been loving liquid and cream blushes for their natural, skin-like finish, but Milk Makeup has taken things up a notch with their Jelly Tint Blush. Many might have seen viral videos of the jelly blush from TikTok. I was simply interested in its squishy, translucent texture. This formula is unlike anything else on the market. But does it live up to the hype? Let’s find out!

(Fizz, Splash and Fresh)

First of all, shout out to Milk Makeup; it is clean and vegan and I love that. The packaging is sleek, adorable and compact—perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. And there are 6 shades in total: Burst, Fizz, Fresh, Spritz, Splash and Chill.

But the real standout? The texture.

1.Jelly-like consistency glides on the skin.

2.Sheer but buildable pigmentation that is perfect for a dewy glow.

3. Glossy texture that enhances natural skin radiance.

Application & Wear Test

Ways to apply:

1.Fingertips: Dab onto the cheeks for a sheer, natural tint.

2.Brush or Sponge: Buff in for a more airbrushed effect.

(One single swipe is good enough for a natural looking)

(Wearing Fizz, I took the pic below by my phone after 3 hours wearing)

⏳ Longevity: for testing purpose, I skipped the setting powder and spray to see how long it lasts, it lasts a decent 5 hours before starting to fade. Setting it with a light dusting of powder and setting spray it lasts much longer than I needed.

Comparison:

This is my first-time trying jelly-like blush, I can only compare it with blushes I’ve used that might have something in common. If you love Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Liquid Blush but want something dewier and less pigmented, then this is for you.

Who Will Love This Blush?

if you love a fresh, hydrated glow, this formula is perfect for you. And for those with dry or normal skin—the lightweight texture won’t cling to dry patches. For me, it likes a sheer tint can be layered as you like. I found myself even love wear it an alone on a “No-makeup” day.

*Side note, if you have super oily skin, you might find the texture too slippery.

Final Verdict: Worth the Hype?

YASSSSSS! Milk Makeup’s Jelly Tint Blush is a unique take on liquid blush and so fun to use. It offers a dewy and natural flush and that’s perfect for those who love a juicy glow, but might not be ideal for oily skin types.
